Job Description
Responsible for developing B2B and B2C clients in the logistics sector, advising on comprehensive transportation solutions, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating internal operations, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze market information for logistics services.
- Search for clients for freight forwarding services in domestic and international sea and air freight, introduce and sell the company's services to clients.
- Advise, prepare freight forwarding plans, and sign contracts with clients.
- Resolve client complaints within control scope.
- Maintain and develop close relationships with existing clients, search for new clients.
- Implement direct marketing, build the company's brand, and provide high-quality services to clients.
- Propose suggestions for sales services and the company's quality system.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager and Office Director.
Requirements
- College degree or higher in foreign economics, international trade, foreign trade, international business, etc.
- Passion, love, and dedication for sales work.
- High sense of responsibility, honesty, and ability to work in a team.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic conversational English.
